Squat - warm up, bar for a few sets. 145x8, 145x5, 145x3, 235x5, put on my brief, 325x3, 415x2 (belt), 505x2 suit added with light wrap
Rack Pulls from above knee - wearing brief 225x3, 405x3, 495x3, 585x1
