Powerlifting - Speed Squat/Dead
Tuesday - 7/3/07

Squat - warm up with bar, 135x10, 135x6, 225x5, 225x3, 315x3
Added Green bands and box squat - 225x2x8 sets

Deadlift with Green bands platform - 135x3x8 sets

D-handle Lat pulldown - 180x8, 190x8, 200x6

Chest Supported row - 80x6, 100x6, 120x6, 130x6

Seated calf raise - 90x12x10

Hammer DB curls - 35x6, 40x6, 45x6, 50x6
