Squat - warmup bar for a couple sets 10, 8 reps... 135x10, 135x8, 225x5 (put on hips), 225x3, 325x5
Dead - 225x3, 315x1, 405x1
Rack pulls above knee - 315x3, 405x3, 495x3 (no wraps)
